Ts & Cs

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and By Peta Grace regarding the purchase of semi-bespoke and bespoke custom wedding stationery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Order Placement & Payment

Semi-Bespoke Orders

All semi-bespoke stationery orders must be placed via the website and paid in full at the time of purchase. Design work will not begin until payment has been received in full. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is submitted.

Bespoke Orders

For bespoke projects, the process begins with a consultation call to discuss your stationery needs, printing options, and overall scope of work.

Following this, you will receive:

  • A custom quote

  • A design contract outlining the purview of the project

  • ​

If you wish to proceed, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your design date is not confirmed until the signed contract is returned and the deposit is paid.

​

The remaining 50% is due prior to printing and production. If needed, this final payment can be split into two instalments by request.

​

No orders will be sent to print or placed into production until full payment has been received.

​

Client Responsibilities

All final wording, event details, and necessary information must be provided by you, the couple.
By Peta Grace does not offer copywriting or editing services, so please ensure all content is accurate and final upon submission.

Timely submission of details is essential. If you anticipate delays, please notify us as soon as possible.
Late submissions may impact your design timeline and could lead to delays in production and delivery, which may affect whether your stationery arrives in time for your event.

By Peta Grace is not responsible for delays resulting from missed deadlines or late content submissions.

2. Turnaround & Production Times

Semi-Bespoke Orders

  • Design Proofs
    Once all personalisation details are submitted, you can expect to receive your initial digital proof within 7–12 business days.

  • Proofs are created to actual paper size using your selected fonts and colours.

  • Revisions & Feedback
    One round of revisions is included. Any edits typically take 1–5 business days, depending on the complexity and time of year. Additional proof rounds may incur a fee.

​

  • Printing & Delivery
    Once final approval is received, please allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery.
    This timeframe may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to third-party shipping delays, which will be communicated promptly, if relevant.

We understand that life gets busy. If you require a faster turnaround, please get in touch via email—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Rush availability will depend on the time of year, the items required, and your deadline. Please note that supplier rush fees may apply, and a custom rush fee will likely be added. All costs will be clearly communicated upfront before proceeding.

Bespoke Orders

  • Design Proofs
    Following your scheduled design start date, initial proofs are delivered within 3–14 business days, depending on the complexity of your custom design.
    We will reach out just before your design date to confirm project details and schedule a call to discuss your concept.

  • Revision Process
    Each client receives:

    • Two rounds of digital proofs

    • One final print proof for any items featuring guest or couple names
      Further revisions beyond this are charged at $25 per round.
      Turnaround for edits is usually 1–7 business days, depending on the level of change and our seasonal workload.

  • ​

  • Changes to Scope
    If the design scope changes significantly after work has commenced, a revised quote will be issued and must be approved. A new timeline will then be established based on the updated scope.

  • Printing & Delivery
    Once final approval is given, allow 6–8 weeks for production and delivery. All pieces, including one-off signs or custom day-of items, must be approved during the proofing stage—items not included in the final proof will not be printed.

​

Important Notes for All Orders

  • All required content (e.g. names, dates, wording) must be submitted on time, in the format requested. 

  • Delays in content submission or proof approval may result in postponed production and delivery.

  • Significant colour discrepancies should be raised immediately upon receiving your proof. We do not take responsibility for printing errors on items not approved during the proofing stage.

  • We highly recommend placing your order at least 3-6 months before your event date to ensure smooth delivery and peace of mind.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide all required text, details, and imagery by the requested deadline.

  • By Peta Grace is not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors once proofs are approved.

  • Clients should ensure their order is placed at least 3 months before their event date to allow for design, production, and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are currently shipped within Australia only via trusted carriers (e.g. Australia Post, Fedex).

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • By Peta Grace is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and refunds are not available once design work has commenced.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (before design begins).

  • If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, illustrations, and content created by By Peta Grace remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

  • By Peta Grace reserves the right to share designs on social media or portfolio platforms unless requested otherwise by the client.

​

8. Handmade & Printed Products

  • Minor variations (e.g. colour tone, print alignment) may occur due to the handmade and printing processes. These are not considered defects.

​

9. Use & Display

  • All products are for personal use only. Commercial use or resale is not permitted unless agreed upon in writing.

​

10. Changes to Terms

By Peta Grace reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
