Our Bespoke Process
1. Enquire & Connect
Submit your enquiry form and share your vision, mood-board ideas or inspirations. We’ll review your details and be in touch within a week to confirm availability and explore the possibility of creating together.
2. Deposit & Book Your Spot
Once you’re ready to move ahead, we’ll send through a contract and invoice your 50% deposit to secure your booking. At this point your suite is officially locked into our calendar.
3. Design Concept & Collaboration
We’ll work closely with you to craft mood-boards that capture the look, feel and personality of your celebration. Together we’ll select printing techniques, paper stocks, finishing touches and gather the wording/guest info.This phase includes up to three rounds of refinements so we get everything “just so.”
4. Final Approval & Print Production
Once your design is approved and the remaining balance is settled, we send everything off for printing, sourcing luxe materials and final assembly.
5. Delivery & Unveil
Sit back and relax — your beautifully crafted stationery arrives finished, curated and ready to make an unforgettable first impression.

Timeline
The full bespoke process typically spans three to six months, depending on the scope of your project, chosen printing methods, the number of design refinements, and how promptly final wording, feedback are provided.
Please also allow time for envelope addressing, assembly, and postage, as these finishing touches are an important part of your stationery journey.
As a boutique design studio, I intentionally take on only a limited number of clients at a time to ensure each suite receives the attention and artistry it deserves. To avoid disappointment, I recommend securing your booking as early as possible.


Investment
Each stationery suite is as unique as the story it represents, which is why every project receives a personalised quote. Pricing depends on the number of pieces, print techniques, paper selections, embellishments, and level of customisation.
Bespoke collaborations begin at $1,500, with most couples investing between $3,000–$6,000 for a full suite — including Save the Dates, invitations, and on-the-day stationery and signage.
